In April 2019, I acquired the master franchisee rights to Computer Troubleshooters Australia, a national network of 45 franchisees. Our franchisees deliver comprehensive IT services and support to small and medium-sized businesses, acting as their contracted IT department through a Managed Services Provider (MSP) model.

My mission is to expand this network across all states and help new franchisees build successful IT businesses. Our key services include transitioning to the cloud with Office 365, cybersecurity, NBN VoIP, IT monitoring and remediation, and cloud services such as backup and support.
